Nearly a year ago, WCHS rescued 21 chained dogs from inhumane conditions right here in Windham County. It is not a day we will soon forget, but rehabilitating chained dogs is unfortunately a routine we are familiar with. This month, we need your help to raise awareness about the dangers of keeping dogs chained or tethered.
