Spay | Neuter Appointments

The Windham County Humane Society offers affordable spay/neuter appointments for Windham County residents who cannot afford to use a veterinary clinic or who are working with stray or un-owned cats. Pet microchips can also be placed during surgery for a discount.

Windham County Humane Society is proud to partner with United Spay Alliance, and serve as the Statewide Leader for Vermont. Together, we are overcoming obstacles to help more families find the resources they need to get their pets spayed and neutered. Because when more pets are spayed and neutered, fewer animals enter shelters.

We support Feline Fix by Five, a program of Marian’s Dream and United Spay Alliance, which strives to increase awareness of the ideal time to spay/neuter cats – before five months of age.
