Lacey's First Birthday!

A note to WCHS from Lacey on her first birthday:

This is Lacey LeBlanc. I just turned 1 year old on the 7th of December. I’m a very happy girl at my new home with my new owners. My parents say that they made a great choice on adopting me and I have been a good girl. I am sending a pic of me - this is what I look like now! Hope you all enjoy!
