Come to St. Mary’s in the Mountains of Wilmington, VT on Sunday, October 2nd for the Blessing of the Animals! All animals are welcome: dogs, cats, llamas, chickens, hamsters, guinea pigs, even teddy bears! Or bring a photo in remembrance of a departed pet or a photo of a pet who could not attend. Saint Francis gifts will be given to all animals. For their own protection, all animals must be leashed, reined or caged.
All plate collections for the service will be given to the Windham County Humane Society and refreshments will be available for people and animals. More information is available at smmvt.org.
